Each Juuway product is unique and personally tailored for you!

You will understand that we can not sell returned products to other Juuway customers. We will develop a second-hand market place in the near future, but right now we have only two possibilities: to dispose the product or donate it to charity. You have to admit that it is incredibly wasteful to have an individually made product cancelled and thrown away after production, right?

Generally speaking, we do not return or refund individual products. Even by law we are not obligated to do so. You cannot return your product if you decide later that you don't like what you designed. For more information, you might check out our Terms&Conditions. If the product is defective because we have made some errors, the quality is not right or it really, really (!) does not fit your size at all, then we are happy to take the product back and send you a new one. We only accept product returns that haven`t been washed and haven`t been worn or used (or show any signs of use in any way). In this case, we ask you to send us an email to return(at)juuway.com within 7 days of receiving the product to describe the matter. We will send you a form which you need to fill out and attach to the return of your product.

To meet the timeline of production within 7-12 business days after the order confirmation in a normal case, you will understand that we cannot accept cancellations of an order. Therefore, we ask you to make up your mind BEFORE you hit the order button. Just to make sure that the piece is not too small - for example -,you might want to order it one size bigger than chosen. If you have a really urgent case and must cancel your order, send us an email instantly to cancellation(at)juuway.com, contact our support on facebook and/or give us a call during our working hours.

In the unusual event that you are really, really (!) unhappy with your product, please contact us at unhappy(at)juuway.com and we will try together to find a solution.

To reach our ultimate goal: to make you happy, you can help us by doing the following:

  • Design your first product as simple as possible and develop your design skills with each new order. Do each design with the most care to avoid complaints!
  • You can always change the design before you place the final order of the product. After completing your design, check the product form and the preview of your design in the card very closely. Only if you are absolutely sure that no more changes are needed, you should order the product.
  • If your product – due to problems with the design or material, etc. – will not be finished within your anticipated date, this is no reason for a return or complaint! Make sure that you are ordering your product well in advance if you need it by a certain date.
