Ordering and shipment

Most orders normally leave the production site of Juuway

within 7-12 business days after the order confirmation process and payment has been received. This fast production time can be provided if the following conditions are fulfilled: Full receipt of payment on the Juuway account, complete and valid payment information, complete and correct shipping and billing addresses, complete and correct transmission of production data (design, images, uploads, etc .). The packaging and shipment fee usually adds up onto the product price. Why we do so, you will find at "Sales Prices and Costs". Nevertheless we can offer special promotions, free shipping for larger quantity, or bulk mail options. Because our factory is located in Taipei/Taiwan and all orders outside of Taiwan are international orders, shipments might take a little longer.

Because our products are shipped internationally, shipping costs can be pretty high. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot change that. However, if the product value of your order exceeds $85 US, we are happy to offer you free shipping.

Up to a product value of $85 US shipping costs are $9.90 US.
If the product value exceeds $85 US, shipping is free.
